Acrilam’s Rauvisio Brilliant acrylic is a quality German engineered acrylic laminate. It has a multi-layer coextruded polymer laminate produced from a styrene copolymer base layer and an acrylate top layer. Due to the 0.7 – 0.8 mm thick material combination Acrilam’s Rauvisio Brilliant Acrylic surfaces achieve a high-tension force that has a positive effect on the surface smoothness and in combination with a wooden MDF substrate, creates a mirror like gloss surface.
Acrilam’s Rauvisio Brilliant acrylic has also been developed with the highest quality of nanotechnology. This increases the resistance to scratches, abrasions and enhances the ability for stain resistance. It also has the ability to reduce the bacterial load considerably and make the surface area hygienic and easy to clean.

20+ year UV stability, it is unlike competitive surfaces that use a clear top layer. The co-extruded laminate features a PMMA (acrylic) top layer that is colour-matched to the ABS base layer. This process enhances both the depth effect and the UV resistance of Acrilam’s Rauvisio Brilliant acrylic laminate.
